General Questions about Parables TV
Parables is a digital video streaming service offering a seamless and gratifying user experience that provides empowering entertainment, while inspiring and elevating family values. Created on the premise “what you watch matters”, Parables features a wide variety of wholesome content that’s fun and safe for the entire family to enjoy, including award-winning movies, TV shows, series, documentaries and children’s programing.
Our live stream of empowering entertainment can be viewed anywhere with an internet web browser, including desktop computers, laptops, smart TVs. Coming soon on Apple store, Android Play and Roku.

5. Accept Terms of Use and Privacy Policy then click “Stream Free for 14 Days” button to submit your information.
You can try Parables free for 14 days and enjoy unlimited access to premium edifying content. After your free trial has ended, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you want. The 14-day free trial period begins at the time of sign up. When signing up, you will be prompted to choose a Parables subscription plan to continue after the trial. There are two subscriptions plans to choose from: a monthly subscription at $5.99 a month and an annual subscription at $57.99. During your trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel your membership any time before your trial period is over and not be charged the amount of the subscription plan you chose at Sign Up. You can also cancel at any time during your membership with no cancellation fees. We do not offer full or partial refunds.
There are two subscription plans to choose from:
· Monthly: For just $5.99/month.
· Yearly: 12 months for just $57.99.
Both subscription plans offer unlimited access to the LIVE stream channel as well as the on-demand library. You can try Parables free for 14 days and enjoy unlimited access to premium edifying content at home or on the go on, anywhere and anytime on your favorite devices.
Yes! While we do not offer full or partial refunds, you can cancel at any time with zero cancellation fees.
If you decide, for any reason, to cancel your Parables subscription, you can do so by following these steps:
o Go to www.parables.tv and sign in to your account.
o From the account menu click the “Subscription”link.
o Under Manage Subscription click the “Cancel”button.
Watching Parables TV
You can connect your laptop/computer to your TV or simply go to www.parables.tv directly from your smart TV.
Currently, you can access Parables on your laptop, smartphone and tablet using any device with an internet web browser.
For your convenience, we are currently working on developing apps for most devices. In the meantime, Parables is available on phones and tablets by going to your web browser and visiting our page at www.parables.tv. Just sign in and you’re good to go.

Technical Issues with Parables TV
To reset your password, go to the Parables home screen: Click Sign In then click on the “Forgot Your Password?”. Enter the email address you used to create your Parables account and a link will be sent to your email to reset your password. If you don’t remember the email address that you used to create your account, please contact customer service at [email protected] or call Parables customer service line 888-724-2012
1. Parables is not playing: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash. If you need to download Adobe Flash, Click here. To update your current Flash Player click here. You can also download Google Chrome (a web browser), which already has flash installed. Click here for Google Chrome.
2. Streaming quality: If you’re watching through your internet browser, make sure all other programs and applications are shut down.
3. Other possible issues: Check your bandwidth speed; You need a high-speed Internet connection with a speed of at least 1.2 Mbps (such as mid-level Broadband). If watching Parables on your computer or laptop, we recommend a minimum of 512 MB of RAM.
