For Love’s Sake

In December 1978 near Manchester, England, a family is shattered by a double tragedy. A father is killed in a motorcycle accident. Two young boys find themselves in the custody of social services and placed in a series of orphanages and foster homes. Their mother seems incapable of caring for them due to her bouts of suicidal depression. All begin to lose hope that their family will ever be restored. In their frailty, courage comes only through faith in a power beyond themselves.
